What you'll do
- Safely transport clients' pets, belongings, vehicles, or trailers to the destination on time and in the condition received
- Communicate proactively with customers before, during, and after each job — including departure confirmations and arrival ETAs
- Conduct a pre-trip inspection of your vehicle and any cargo before every assignment
- Follow all applicable traffic laws, weight limits, and transport regulations for your vehicle class
- Handle all items — including live animals — with care, professionalism, and attention to specific client instructions
- Document job completion accurately through the Viazion driver app, including photos where required
- Represent Viazion professionally in all customer interactions, maintaining a courteous and service-first attitude
- Report any incidents, delays, or concerns to your assigned coordinator immediately
What we look for
- Valid driver's license appropriate for your vehicle type
- Clean driving record (3+ years)
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Professional, customer-facing attitude
- Animal handling certification (for pet transport applicants)
